Cisco Systems Completes Purchase of Assets from Procket Networks

August 6, 2004 - Cisco Systems, Inc., today announced it has completed the purchase of assets from privately held Procket Networks, Inc. of Milpitas, Calif., a developer of concurrent services routers with expertise in silicon and software development.On June 17, 2004, Cisco announced a definitive agreement to purchase the intellectual property and select other assets, and hire a majority of the engineering team from Procket.
