华为要把华为3Com"嫁入豪门" 最快年底完成交易

       昨日有消息称，arch.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%8d%8e%e4%b8%ba&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">华为a>已邀请银湖合伙公司、贝恩资本投资公司及德州太平洋集团竞购arch.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%8d%8e%e4%b8%ba&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">华为a>arch.aspx?page=1&keywords=3COM&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">3COMa>，而arch.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%8d%8e%e4%b8%ba&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">华为a>arch.aspx?page=1&keywords=3COM&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">3COMa>是2003年11月arch.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%8d%8e%e4%b8%ba&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">华为a>与arch.aspx?page=1&keywords=3COM&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">3COMa>建立的合资公司，其中arch.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%8d%8e%e4%b8%ba&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">华为a>持股49%，而arch.aspx?page=1&keywords=3COM&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">3COMa>持股51%。 

       消息人士透露，这三家公司将会竞购arch.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%8d%8e%e4%b8%ba&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">华为a>在arch.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%8d%8e%e4%b8%ba&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">华为a>arch.aspx?page=1&keywords=3COM&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">3COMa>中的部分股权，其出价范围可能在10亿~15亿美元之间。一旦交易完成，arch.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%8d%8e%e4%b8%ba&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">华为a>在arch.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%8d%8e%e4%b8%ba&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">华为a>arch.aspx?page=1&keywords=3COM&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">3COMa>中的持股量可能会减至20%-30%。 

       对于这一传闻，arch.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%8d%8e%e4%b8%ba&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">华为a>新闻发言人付军拒绝对记者发表任何评论。不过有分析师认为，arch.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%8d%8e%e4%b8%ba&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">华为a>出售arch.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%8d%8e%e4%b8%ba&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">华为a>arch.aspx?page=1&keywords=3COM&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">3COMa>实属意料之中。 

       3Com董事长埃里克·本哈穆还表示，H3C可能成为3Com未来发展的重要基石。一位知情人士称，如果arch.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%8d%8e%e4%b8%ba&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">华为a>愿意，它可以对H3C展开全面收购。 

       3Com上个月公布，得益于H3C销售额的增长，公司第一财政季度净亏损额较上年同期收窄。截至9月1日的第一财政季度，该公司净亏损1,410万美元，合每股4美分，上年同期净亏损额为4,200万美元，合每股0.11美元。3Com第一财政季度收入为3.001亿美元，高于上年同期的1.776亿美元。

       业内人士认为，今年6月arch.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%8d%8e%e4%b8%ba&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">华为a>收购港湾核心资产，进一步加大了出售arch.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%8d%8e%e4%b8%ba&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">华为a>arch.aspx?page=1&keywords=3COM&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">3COMa>的可能性。因为港湾网络主要业务为宽带、光网络和接入网三部分，与arch.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%8d%8e%e4%b8%ba&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">华为a>arch.aspx?page=1&keywords=3COM&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">3COMa>很多业务重叠；一旦arch.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%8d%8e%e4%b8%ba&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">华为a>arch.aspx?page=1&keywords=3COM&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">3COMa>被出售，它可以填补其后的产品空缺。 

       张鹰表示，目前arch.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%8d%8e%e4%b8%ba&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">华为a>arch.aspx?page=1&keywords=3COM&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">3COMa>正在逐步走上正轨，投资者已经可以看到其业绩成长性。“在这个时机选择出售部分股权，arch.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%8d%8e%e4%b8%ba&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">华为a>可以获得一笔不错的现金流拓展其他市场。” 

       据透露，对arch.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e5%8d%8e%e4%b8%ba&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">华为a>arch.aspx?page=1&keywords=3COM&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">3COMa>的竞购有望与今年年底明年年初完成；而由于参与的对象是私人资本投资公司，收购形式可能是“杠杆收购”。在这种收购活动中，收购者只需付出较少的本钱，并从其他金融机构筹集大量资金进行收购活动，以达到以很少的资金赚取高额利润的目的。
