September 28, 2004 -- Alliance Fiber Optic Products, Inc. announced today that the SpectraMuxÔ Coarse WDM family of products have been certified by Brocade Communications Systems, Inc. as interoperable with Brocade-based Storage Area Networking (SAN) infrastructure. The Brocade Fabric AwareÔ Program is an end-to-end interoperability initiative for enterprise SANs.

Based on AFOP's proven thin film technology, SpectraMux CWDM devices are designed for long service life under the most demanding field conditions. These systems are designed to accept all of our CWDM functions, while offering the user greater flexibility in deployment. This CWDM line is ideal for use in system designs where expansion or later modifications are important.
